So, this morning i nak story about my lactation journey.
Previously, i already mention that i already adjust my pumping schedule..
No more strict than the past few months, because no more block or bengkak susu.
So, on 15 March 20202, i'm gathered all my EBM for February, and about 300onz. You know what i'm doing with that.???
No more buang2 in sink. I used that for shower my baby and also me. Even it had its own smell, but i used it for shower
So, semua ni i buat mandi..jadi i tak lah rasa i membuang masa pump selama ni😅
